2. Description of Service

Job Tree AI is an AI-powered resume building platform that helps users create, edit, and optimize resumes for job applications. Features include AI content generation, ATS compatibility scoring, PDF export, and resume management.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent resume content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without permission

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to help generate resume content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is a suggestion and should be reviewed for accuracy
• You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all content in your resume
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will result in job interviews or employment
• ATS scores are estimates and may differ from actual applicant tracking system results

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all resume content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service.

Our Service: The Job Tree AI platform, including its design, code, AI models integration, and branding, is our intellectual property and is protected by applicable laws.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier: Free accounts are limited to a set number of AI generations as displayed in the Service.

Pro Subscription: Paid subscriptions provide unlimited AI generations. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Job Tree AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be suitable for your specific needs.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
